Which means,

Love, God, Family
Literal translation
Love your God & family
Love God the way you love your family

Nice sentiment, however there probably will not be much love for the tattooist. Love 愛 & Family 族 are mirrored.

It sounds like a punchline for some anti-anal-sex joke.
